Gentle handling of the fruit ensures aromatics and varietal characters are retained. Look forward to a rich and spicy nose with dense dark cherry, blueberry and mixed berry fruits complemented by earthy aromas and notes of Belgian waffle, milk chocolate and vanillin oak.
