This is the ninth release of Z-Force McLaren Vale Shiraz Petit Sirah, the super-premium flagship wine for Zonte’s Footstep, named in tribute to the bravery of members of the Z Special Unit, the celebrated multi-national commando force of the Australian Army during World War II. Every vintage sees thousands of dollars donated to Legacy South Australia. The fruit for Z Force is sourced from hand tended blocks in the Seaview Heights sub-region of McLaren Vale. You’ll fall under a spell of juicy plum flavours and Christmas spices, with Turkish delight, dark cacao and cedar notes swirling in the background. Refined tannins and great length add to the tasty package.
