Influencer Code Promotion

Influencer promo codes are valid on orders of 12 or more 750ml bottles of wine from the Laithwaites range excluding all Wine Club cases, New customer offer cases, Gift cards, Bottles and cans 250ml or less and Advent calendars. Promo codes must be entered into the promo code field during checkout for discount to apply and only valid for that transaction. Multiple redemptions are subject to the type of offer available (see below). The promo code is not redeemable for cash, cannot be used in conjunction with any other Laithwaites offer and only redeemable online at www.laithwaites.com.au. Code is valid for 14 days from the date of post. Laithwaites has the right to reasonably reduce, extend or vary offer terms and conditions without notice. Offers Available:

• Promo codes providing a dollar value discount off the purchase price of the order can only be redeemed once per customer.
• Promo codes providing a percentage discount off the purchase price of the order can be redeemed multiple times per customer.
• Promo codes providing free items can only be redeemed once per customer.

Competitions

• By participating in any competition or giveaway advertised by Laithwaites on its Facebook page and/or other social media channels, you confirm that you accept and agree to these competition terms. All Competitions are open to Australian residents (excluding those residing in the Northen Territory) over 18+ only. Entrants must follow the instructions on the Competition Facebook post and/or other Social Media channel to enter this competition. The Competition entry closing and opening dates will be specified on the Competition Facebook post and/or other Social Media channel. Laithwaites will endeavour to notify each prize winners by social media, email, text or phone. However, if the winner cannot be reached within five working days, we may redraw a new prize winner without liability to any person. Laithwaites reserves the right to contact the selected winners by other means. The winner(s) will be drawn as specified by the Facebook Competition post and/or other Social Media channel. The prize winner(s) will receive the prize that is advertised on either the Facebook Competition post, the Facebook Competition photo and/or other Social Media channel. The winner acknowledges that redemption of prizes requires the winner to be at least 18 years of age. Entering the competition constitutes a winner’s consent for their content to be shared on our channels.
