The Wine
At that time Sydney and Hobart were proclaimed cities, and Melbourne became a town.
Their vineyards thrived in the prized, local red soils, and now boasts some of the oldest vines on the planet. This old-vine Shiraz from some of the region’s finest vineyards and is generous aromas and rich mouthfuls of darkest berry fruit, chocolate and spice. Silky-smooth, with a long, long finish, sip it with (and after) hearty steak.
