Fruit, sourced from the two Dowie Doole estate vineyards, with each vineyard contributing unique characters to the finished wine. The cool slopes and sandy soils of Blewitt Springs offering lighter blue fruits and a fine tannin line. Dowie Doole wines capture the essence of the vineyards in which they were grown and the vintage in which they have been produced - and in the case of the single vineyard wines - an expression of each vineyards individuality.
