The Wine
Peerless blend of Grenache 60%, Touriga 25% and Tempranillo 15%, matured in new and old French oak for 15 months. Expressive strawberry and raspberry aromas pique the senses, with black berries, crushed black pepper, fresh aniseed, orange peel, smoked meat and vanilla notes in the background. This is a prelude to a tapestry of flavours: juicy black and red fruits cloaked in a savoury cape, fastened with firm tannins. Beautifully balanced, medium-bodied A sip makes.
