Highfield by Coriole Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc 2021

The team at Coriole love the Adelaide Hills and the fresh, vibrant wines the region produces. Over many years their winemakers have experimented with small parcels of Adelaide Hills fruit and, recently, they have decided to create a dedicated new brand that would allow them to celebrate these fine Adelaide Hills wines – meet Highfield. Highfield's first release is from the exceptional 2021 vintage and this Sauvignon Blanc is one of the first three wines bottled. The fruit is sourced from high altitude vineyards, an average of 400m above sea level. Aromas of meyer lemon, passionfruit, tangerine and ginger spice make way to a clean and crisp palate with a fresh acidity and sea spray minerality; guavas, pineapple, lemon curd with subtle cinnamon spice.
