Peach Stone gains its luscious roundness from local speciality Grillo, the grape behind Sicily’s new breed of fine whites. It’s also crackling with energy thanks to a generous dash of Sauvignon Blanc grown on the island’s higher slopes, where cool breezes produce pristine, pure tasting, lemony and grassy fresh fruit.
