From a vineyard free of chemical fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides comes this finely layered Cabernet blend (Cabernet Sauvignon 47%, Petit Verdot 26%, Cabernet Franc 17%, Merlot 10%). Showing off the complexity of cool-climate Yarra reds, you’ll find cherry and berry scents leading to ripe fruit flavours and hints of cigar box, bay leaf and mint on the palate. 24 months maturation with 12 months in 20% new oak. High-quality boutique wine.
