The Wine
The Bryksy Vineyard in Watervale has been producing some phenomenal fruit the last few years and the Riesling is just gorgeous. Fresh citrus notes followed by an elegant intense palate of lime juice & green apple, framed with lovely soft acidity. "The floral bouquet is followed with citrus and apple blossom aromas, the palate tighter and crisper than the bouquet would suggest, its acidity accentuated by livewire acidity. This is a work in progress, guaranteed to burst into song by '21, and live much longer than that... 93pts" (Halliday).
