It’s a velvety Merlot, elegant and refined, made with cool climate fruit to bring out the best of the variety, from estate vineyards in Wrattonbully in South Australia and Orange in NSW. Look forward to lovely dark plum notes, with evocative spice and leather notes, on a long, luscious finish. It’s wonderful match to a charcuterie platter.
