Taste this beauty and you'll see why. “56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 4% each of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot from Margaret River, Great Southern, Geographe and Blackwood Valley. This takes the gentle art of blending onto new level. It may well be a case of bringing together components that didn’t fit the more expensive Burch Family wines. Regardless, there’s a lot of cassis, olive, herb and earth flavours within a hedge of powerful tannins... 90 points” (Halliday).
