Dandelion Vineyards Twilight of the Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2021

Whole bunches of Dandelion Vineyard's best Adelaide Hills Chardonnay were hand picked in the cool of twilight to retain fresh, racing acidity and gorgeous fruit aromas. The free run juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks before spending 9 months in new and first use French oak barriques. The resulting Chardonnay is citrussy, with white peach, nectarine, melon and pear fruit flavours, nderpinned by layers of almond-like pastry and a textural minerality. "An inviting, pale chardonnay, with a subdued nose of melon, white peach, apple pastries and almondy oak. The palate is smooth and seamless with juicy balance and measured barrel influence.
