The Wine
François, manager of the Servin estate in Chablis, is a fervent believer in the ageing capacity of Chablis with the aim to bring out the character and flavour of each plot. This drop has an elegant and complex nose comprised of mineral reduction, sea breeze white peach and a whisper of acacia. A subtle minerality on the clean and dry finish exhibits very fine length. Pair with rich fish or hard cheeses.
