Winemaker Andrea Maxwell has crafted this beauty using fruit from the Ebenezer sub-region towards the north of the Barossa Valley. It's a region known for the quality of its soils and fruit. Everything about Patronus 'The Elk' Cabernet is in perfect balance. Awarding it a Gold medal, Gilbert & Gaillard judges noted that its "very smooth texture, with just the right amount of tannins." Now boasting two Golds, this is a real triumph.
