The Wine
Pipers Brook fruit for this Chardonnay was handpicked in excellent condition. Grapes were quickly chilled and pressed gently to yield pristine juice - delicious. Enjoy notes of peacherine, honeysuckle, melon and white grapefruit with subtle oak spice. Pristine flavours of nectarine, sweet citrus, vanilla bean and lemon sorbet. Lingering and vibrant acidity with a long finish of bright citrus and seashell minerality. This is a wine of elegance and finesse.
