Poor Toms Sydney Dry Gin NV

The ‘original’ offering of Sydney-based distillery, Poor Toms. Co-founders and gin enthusiasts Jesse Kennedy and Griffin Blumer got together with chemist Marcel Thompson to set up their distillery in 2015, in Marrickville. This is their centrepiece tipple – and very good it is too. You’ll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile.
