Risky Business Great Southern Luxe Riesling 2024

The name Risky Business is decidedly tongue-in-cheek because the partnership headed by Rob Quenby has neatly side-stepped any semblance of risk. The grapes come from vineyards in Great Southern and Margaret River in WA and King Valley in Victoria. This Great Southern single vineyard beauty has been expecially framed to be a deluxe wine, that partners spectacularly well with modern Australian / Asian food. It’s an “off dry” wine with mouth filling sweetness bursting with lemon, lime and apple blossom, balanced perfectly by bright acidity that finishes dry with great length. Perfectly paired with Asian cuisine, especially if it has a bit spice!
