Previous vintages of the customer favourite Black Pig Rosé have been crafted from the amazing fruit that comes from McLaren Vale, but this year we had an opportunity too good to refuse. A talented and highly regarded Barossa winemaker and grower made us aware of a very special parcel of grapes he had available. As soon as we saw it, we knew it was destined to to make the perfect Rosé and we jumped at the chance. This Limited Edition – Barossa – Black Pig Rosé might not be made again, so it's one to buy up while you can. Dry and crisp, with a clean acidity and fresh, moreish raspberry and cranberry flavours.
