The Wine
Thorn-Clarke is one of the largest family-owned wineries in Barossa, and is a frequest winner of Golds and even Trophies for their reasonably priced reds. This 'Quartage' 2018 which as ever sees three other Bordeaux grapes combine with lush Cabernet Sauvignon has “ a bright, tangy core of freshness and integrity” (Halliday Wine Companion, Tyson Stelzer).
