The Wine
The "baby brother" to Vat 9, this powerfully elegant Shiraz is put together from various high-end vineyards. Each parcel is treated and matured in old casks, giving a full-flavoured, ‘old school’ Hunter Shiraz. Red earth, black cherry, a touch of pepper and savoury character. Classic style. Mighty attractive.
