The Wine
In 1889, Yering Station won the Grand Prix at the Universal Exhibition in Paris, as the sole award for wine made in the southern hemisphere. Today, Yering Station remains a family-owned winery, Owned and run by the Rathbone family since 1996, 5 Red Star rated Yering Station remains family owned and continues to produce classy wines sought by aficionados in Australia and around the world. Beautiful aromas of red cherry and raspberry lure you in to what is a Pinot Noir featuring elegant and juicy red and black cherry with gentle notes of savoury spice and earth. Fine, silky with lovely length on the palate.
