After enjoying a “distinguished career as a winemaker spanning over 20 years, working for some of Australia’s largest wineries” (Halliday), John Quarisa is making his own wines – his own way. The result? Mile upon mile of excellent wines! This fine Sauvignon a great example. Named after Quarisa’s private waterhole, the 30 Mile Sauvignon Blanc is as refreshing as a midnight swim. A tongue-tingling drop crafted using fruit from sites owned by trusted growers that John has worked with through his long, accomplished career.
