Made with classy cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit from Victoria's Goulburn Valley and Strathbogie ranges, this delicious Sparkling from the McPherson family impresses with its elegance and flavour. A fresh and delicate nose with light fruits and yeasty tones, with hint of fresh berries and cream. A lovely, fresh wine with a lingering bead and a persistent length. It's a terrific apéritif, and of course, a wonderful celebratory drop. And it's a very bright and bubbly addition to any party. Enjoy!
