The Wine
Wills Domain is another excellent winery situated in the Yallingup sub-region of the Margaret River. This 5-Star estate is owned by the Haunold family who continue over 600 years of viticultural tradition, dating back to 1383. Two-thirds Semillon and the remainder made up with Sauvignon Blanc, the wine is elegant, fine and limey with juicy, sweet fruit. A perfect accompaniment to a nicoise salad.
