Père Guillot is a silky, elegant red with violet and wild herb aromas, silky black fruit and gentle spice from Sablet, a village in the foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail, near Gigondas. The southern Rhône’s nine cru villages deliver remarkable richness as well as value, and this one’s from Laurent Guillot, whose family originated in Burgundy.
