Plantagenet, now owned by Tom and Jo Wisdom, with Mike Garland heading the winemaking team, is an impressive outfit that has been delivering wines of consistent quality from WA's remote great Southern for decades now. This Angevin Riesling is a delight scored 92pts by both Mike Bennie in the Halliday Wine Companion who finds it "citrussy and lively", and Stuart Knox in The Real Review who likes its "lemon and saline notes at the core as acidity cracks the whip and dives it long and lean to a bone-dry finish".
