Barossa's Schild Estate, well known for their terrific range of Shiraz, here deliver a Clare Valley Riesling with scores of 95pts and 93pts. Tropical fruits in abundance, flinty mineral notes, oyster shell and sea spray, even a touch of preserved lemon and a lick of ginger. Complex and compelling, with a strong currency of refreshment factor alongside a long and persistent, frisky finish.
