Cabernet Sauvignon is Clare Valley’s premier red variety. Fruit for the Inigo Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from three estate-grown vineyards with an average vine age of 20 years. Each vineyard’s high elevation contributes to cooler nights during the ripening period, giving the fruit more time to develop great depth of flavour. Concentrated flavours of blackberries, blueberries, dark chocolate, cedar box and cinnamon course across the palate.
