The Wine
A big, rich, powerful and concentrated Shiraz. Plum, dark cherry, black olive and spice on the nose leads into a luscious palate layered with mouthfilling fruit, spice and oak. The tannins are tightly wound, the finish smooth and long. This commanding red needs food to accompany it – a char-grilled steak would be perfect.
