A quirky venture characterised by colourful names and labels was the baby of wine marketer Nick Stacy, Michael Kerrigan (winemaker/partner Hay Shed Hill) and Gavin Berry (winemaker/partner West Cape Howe). Nick Stacy is no longer involved, though John Waldron of Risky Business has become involved. “Fruit is primarily sourced from Margaret River and Great Southern. The wines are of seriously good quality and equally good value.” (Halliday). This 91pt Grigio from remote Great Southern is "elegantly fragrant on the nose, showing crunchy apple, white flesh nectarine, green pear and jasmine notes, followed by a finely expressed palate delivering bright fruit flavours with crisp acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering. 91pts” (Sam KIm, Wine Orbit).
