Promotional vouchers
Occasionally we may send you a promotional voucher code. These can be redeemed by entering the voucher code into the box at the payment screen and then clicking on 'redeem'. In the very rare event you’ve experienced an issue making a payment online, with a voucher or you spot a discrepancy, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to resolve the matter.

Please note wine plan subscriptions cannot be paid for by Paypal, please call us for further details.
Updating your payment details
You can update your payment details online by visiting Your Account or by calling us on 1300 362 629. To change payment details for a wine plan you will need to call us on 1300 362 629.
Requesting a GST receipt
You can request a GST invoice - contact us and we can arrange to send a receipt via email or post, just let us know what is best for you.
How do I make changes to a saved credit card?
If you’re a Wine Club member, you will need to update your credit card in two places. First, Log In to your account and go to the My Details section. At the bottom of this page, you can add a new payment card, change your default card, or remove a card. Next, go to My Wine Plan and click Manage My Wine Plan. Here you will be able to view details of your next case and update your credit card information. Of course, you can always call Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you.
Non-Wine Club members, simply Log In to your account and go to the My Details section. At the bottom of this page, you can add a new payment card, change your default card, or remove a card.
