By paying one annual fee of $44.99 or a monthly membership fee of $4.99, the Unlimited Membership gives you Unlimited delivery on all purchases (including wine plans) for the duration of your membership (12 months or 1 month), to up to 5 different delivery addresses. Unlimited membership is not available in country areas, and we cannot accept orders or deliver to the Northern Territory. Active Unlimited members who wish to place an order to an area where Unlimited is not available, will incur an out of area surcharge per case. Orders placed by active Unlimited members to ‘WA Country Regions Near’ (postcodes 6215-6699) will incur a $5.00 out of area surcharge per case. Orders placed by active Unlimited members to ‘WA Country Regions Far’ (postcodes 6700-6797), will incur a $15.00 out of area surcharge per case. WA External Territory (postcodes 6798-6799), Norfolk Island (postcode 2899) and Australian Antarctic Territories (postcode 7151) will also incur an additional $15 postage surcharge per case.
Your membership begins on the day you order and continues for your nominated membership period (annual or monthly). We will email you a reminder notice prior to your membership end date, (if no email address is provided, a renewal notice will not be issued), and unless you request otherwise, your Unlimited membership will automatically renew and your nominated payment method will be charged the applicable fee. If you purchase wine while an active member, but the associated shipping charges are included in a second instalment that is due after your membership has ended, regular shipping charges will apply.
