When will my next Wine Subscription shipment arrive?

We will reserve a Wine Subscription case for you approximately every 8 weeks or every 12 weeks, depending on the frequency you have selected. If you have selected a 12 week frequency, you will also receive a special case at Christmas. You will be able to preview your next case before it is shipped in your online account.

Is there a membership fee to belong to a Wine Subscription?

There is NO membership fee to join, and we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. So, if you're not completely satisfied, you can cancel at any time.

What will I pay? How much will I save?

Because we buy direct, we can offer you boutique wines, without the boutique price. Your special introductory case price is for your first case.

Future Cellar Favourites cases will be $149.99. Discovery Club cases will be $185.99. Future Experts' Choice Plus deliveries (including reds-only and whites-only options) will be $215.99. The European Classics Selection will be $227.88. Future Big Reds deliveries will be $235.99 and the Connoisseurs' Series will be $291.99. Signature Six Subscription will be $149.94. All Varietal Wine subscriptions, including Shiraz, Pinot Gris, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc will be $185.88. Standard delivery charges apply unless you’re an Unlimited member, then delivery is free.

If I like a wine I received in my Wine Subscription, can I order more?

Of course, go online or call us. Just keep in mind that many of our limited-quantity, small-estate wines sell out quickly. If that happens, our customer service team can definitely help you select a wine you're likely to enjoy just as much.

What if I'm on holiday when my next case is supposed to arrive? Or, if I have too much wine?

No problem. There is no commitment. You can delay your next delivery. Simply go to your account online to choose a date that suits you best or call us or email us.

One of the wines in my upcoming case doesn't appeal. Can I switch wines?

Of course! You can change any number of wines within your case. Just give us a call or email us. Our wine advisors will help you choose something else.

Do I have to accept every Wine Subscription case offered?

You are in complete control of your Wine Subscription – it’s all about flexibility. If you’re going to be away or are still stocked up for example, you can move your delivery date. If the change is temporary, just remember to change it back for your next delivery. Simply login to your account online to see your options.

How do I cancel my Wine Subscription?

How do I manage my Wine Subscription deliveries?

To manage your wine subscription case preferences (including shipping address), Log In to your account and select the Wine Plans link then click the Manage My Wine Plan button.

You can preview the wines in your upcoming shipment, make changes to the type of case you will receive (e.g. change from a mixed selection to all-reds) and see your estimated shipment date. Please note, this is the date your wines leave our warehouse, not your estimated delivery date.
