Salena Estate offers a deliciously crisp and stylish apple-flavoured fizz made from the rare Petit Meslier grape. A component of many Champagnes, it’s rarely vinified solo. Harvested in the coolest of mornings from the pristine slopes of the Adelaide Hills, this stunning Sparkling Petit Meslier is presented to you as the vineyard intended. The nose is lush with intense floral and green apple aromas whilst still retaining an air of elegance. On the palate the wine is fruity, fresh and well balanced with subtle yeast complexities. Ideal as an aperitif or pop it open as a stylish celebratory bottle.

The Pirramimma Heritage Sparkling Shiraz incorporates some of the most prized aged Shiraz parcels from the estate's vineyards in McLaren Vale (for power and structure) and the Adelaide Hills (for perfume and spice). Rich savoury plums, blueberries and silky tannins, balanced by a fine bead that moves effortlessly across the palate, enticing and refreshing in the same movement. Howard Vineyard's cool-climate wines are really making a splash, and this vintage Sparkling – made with top quality Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from their Beautiful Valley and Charleston vineyards – is a tongue-tingling, nose-prickling, palate-pleasing delight. Vibrant raspberry, cherry and strawberry from the Pinot Noir greet your palate upfront. Soon to be followed by green apple, citrus and peach notes from the Chardonnay. which also offers texture and nutty flavour to the wine. This beautiful bubbly finishes fresh and dry with a hint of creaminess. Perfect for celebrations, it also makes a wonderful accompaniment to richly flavoured foods like lobster mornay or a gruyere soufflé.
