And that's not all: "Aphelion has consistently produced excellence, but the recent releases see them stroll into the Top 100." Young vines, but uber-low yielding. 3 months on skins with minimal agitation but for the frisk of CO2 as fermentation ensued. 18 months in older French oak. A delicious wine.
