It's made by Sam Trimboli, whom many customers will know from his days at Warburn Estate, where he collected hundreds of awards for his legendary skills. During that time he developed an obsession for obscure Durif, a “stunning little powerhouse grape that develops astounding complexity”, as he describes it.
