You might have thought Pecorino was only the name of a cheese, but open a bottle of this fine elegant white and you're unlikely to forget Pecorino the grape. It’s a lovely fresh, mineral-edged white, with ripe peach and apricot fruit, from Italy’s Abruzzo region. Suggested food pairings would be seafood hors d’oeuvres, fish-based first courses, sushi, white meats. It's delicious, and calls you back for more.
