Under the leadership of Christian Moueix – once in charge of the legendary Château Pétrus, the most sought-after Merlot in the world – the family name became synonymous with prestige. The 2020 Bordeaux vintage has been described as “outstanding quality” by James Suckling – and this wine shows why. Expect dark berry fruit and the classic minerality Bordeaux is loved for, with ripe plum, blackcurrant, liquorice and hints of clove. It’s smooth, balanced and complex.
