Fruit-filled, moreish drop from WA's Manjimup in the south western corner of WA. The Peos Four Jacks range of wines is named after the next generation of the Peos clan, who are growing up quickly! The young Peos family will continue to follow the family winemaking traditions, however, will look to position this range as a more modern and contemporary offering that appeals to their generation of wine drinkers and beyond. The fruit is harvested in the cool of the night, and every decision made during the meticulous winemaking process places maintaining fruit freshness front of mind. It brims with ripe citrus, stone fruit and melon flavours. Bright straw with a pale green hue. Lime zest, grapefruit, hint of floral spice. White peach, tropical fruit sweetness, white flowers, crisp, fresh natural acidity.
