Cassis-scented Cabernet and spicy Malbec have been patiently barrel aged for a year to create a silky smooth, rounded wine that retains all the vibrant fruit intensity that makes regular Waxed Bat so popular, with gentle tannins and a long finish. It shows that Argentina’s Cabernet is on a par with its Malbec. Opi suggests serving with roast lamb, steak or spicy tomato pasta.
