By entering the competition, you accept the competition terms and conditions outlined below.

To be eligible to enter the competition, you must, during the competition period, make a qualifying purchase via the website or over the phone to automatically receive entry into the draw. You must be logged into your account at the time of purchase.

The competition will run from Monday 3^rd August 2026 and will close at 11:59pm AEDT Monday 31st August. Any entry received outside the timeframe above will not go into the draw.

The competition is open to Australian residents in NSW, VIC, ACT, WA, SA, TAS and QLD only. You must be over 18 years or over to enter.

To qualify for entry, you must place an order equal to or over the value of $190.00 in one transaction, including any Wine Subscription renewal order placed during the promotional period. Advent Calendar, pre-sale orders or new customer offers are excluded from entry into this promotion.

Only one entry into the competition will be received for each qualifying purchase transaction, regardless of if you order multiple qualifying cases in one transaction. You can enter multiple times, however you will receive only one entry per qualifying purchase transaction.

5 winners will be determined in respect of this competition, which will be run by the promoter, Wine People Pty Ltd (ABN: 41 105 657 154), operating under Laithwaites Australia, The Australian Wine and Virgin Wines. Registered office Level 6, 1 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst 2010, Australia is a member of the UK based Direct Wines Ltd.

The draw will take place on Monday 14^th September, unless otherwise stated. The first 5x valid entries drawn randomly from entries received during the competition period will win the prize.

The 5x available prizes and each prize contains the following worth $1,040; a 1x Dartington Crystal Decanter RRP $70, 1x bottle of Ch Yaldara Grand Pappy Shiraz RRP $320, 1x bottle of Mumm Cordon Rouge NV Champagne RRP $90, 1x bottle Peter Lehmann Stonewell Shiraz RRP $120, 1 x bottle Penfolds Yattarna Chardonnay RRP $220, 1x bottle Taylors Visionary Cabernet Sauvignon RRP $220. The prize value is correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and includes any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.

The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash.

The Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant). Prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.

The winners will be published on our website/s and will be notified within 7 days of the draw date.

If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activities as the Promoter requires, without any compensation.
