The original RedHeads Wine Studio in McLaren Vale was run by young gun maverick winemakers moonlighting from their ‘corporate’ winemaking day jobs. The result? Astounding wines that dazzled the critics including Robert Parker who said they “must be tasted to be believed”. These days, they are a bit older, and a bit wiser, and (along with making very fine wines) they have another mission. Sustainability in their winemaking practices. Here taste some of their delicious eco-friendly wares – the cult classic Coco Rôtie, the (very) Good Shiraz, and a mouthwatering Moonlighters Red & Moonlighters white. Delicious!
