Crafted by the great Kevin Mitchell at Kilikanoon, who is famous for his outstanding Shiraz. His wines have regularly achieved a huge 98 points from Robert Parker and his top Shiraz sells for over $500 a bottle! Baroota is a 'special project' red, grapes selected from a number of top, early ripening vineyards between premium areas Spencer Gulf and the Flinders Ranges. Vinified in small batches, rich, powerful and intense, it's best decanted then served with steak or lamb.
