The Wine
This single vineyard Riesling is from the Trillian’s Hill Vineyard, owned by Kilikanoon grower Bruce Baudinet. The grapes are from low-yielding vines, always hand-picked. It has fresh and minerally fruit, with a clean, zingy, tantalising acidity. Serve it with oysters in summer, and a smoked fish pie in winter. Superb.
