The wine is re-fermented under pressure to allow for the natural carbon dioxide to be dissolved into the wine to create the effervescence, then bottled after liqueuring that adds to the creaminess of the palate. Deeply delicious and luxurious, this is a must for Christmas Day. Aficionados claim its the perfect partner to bacon & eggs on Christmas morning!
