There’s a silky Delatite Pinot Noir delight from the Yarra Valley, and the legendary Tim Knappstein (& Son’s) ripping Adelaide Hills Shiraz – a definite cut above. Hungerford Hill delivers a Trophy-winning 93pt Hilltops Tempranillo Graciano delight and last, head west for a gorgeous Frankland River Cabernet from the great Larry Cherubino, intricately complex and rich.
