Here, freedom from the corporate rule book, healthy competition between ‘mates’ and an overriding air of creativity beget great wines. Wines that have caught the imagination of critics and customers alike. Cabernet and Shiraz grapes were selected from the vineyards of top grower mates, and after fermentation gently aged in oak.
