Salena Estate is named after the daughter of Bob and Sylvia Franchitto, the owners of what has become one of Australia’s largest family wine producers. For over 20 years ago they have strived for and achieved in making to great value, world-class wines which have found a place at the table both in Australia and overseas. The Salena Estate Sparkling is a marriage of Chardonnnay and Pinot Noir fruit from two terrific regions in South Australia. Smooth and effervescent, the nose expresses florals, strawberry, apple, citrus and toast while the palate is citrussy, with strawberry, cherry and a hint of indulgent brioche. A soft, creamy mouthfeel bouyed by a lively, refreshing acidity.
