Wine Summary
The fruit for the Aramis White Label Cabernet is selected from their very own vineyard in McLaren Vale’s southern foothills. Barely two kilometres from the coast, the vines are cooled by the ocean breezes rolling off the Gulf St Vincent and the brisk gully winds descending from the Adelaide Hills. This natural force allows the pristine fruit time to slowly develop and ripen, leading to a wine of astounding elegance and complexity. Concentrated dark berry fruit and liquorice flavours are beautifully balanced with firm tannins and subtle smoky notes, leading to a smooth yet savoury finish.

Wine Summary
Dowie Doole was founded in 1995 by Drew Dowie and Norm Doole, and grew under winemaker and managing director Chris Thomas. The estate has vineyards in two of McLaren Vale’s most prized sub-regions Blewitt Springs and Tatachilla and produces very impressive reds. “A 65/35% blend, crushed and destemmed, cultured yeast, 10-15 days on skins, matured for 12 months in 80% American and 20% French oak (40% new). Bright colour; as powerful and complex as the vinification would suggest. It's luscious, yet distinctly elegant. Representative of a new generation, but also ex this great vintage... 95pts. Great Value” (Halliday Wine Companion, James Halliday). To 2037.

Wine Summary
A dainty little number. Only 12% in alcohol, but its nose still sings of violets and subtle blue fruits, combining with varietal capsicum notes. Grippy tannins lie ready to meet a tasty osso bucco or slowly cooked lamb ragu. Enjoy now.

Wine Summary
McLaren Vale reds are big, there's no doubt about that! Deep River takes them to another level as you'll see when you taste this deep, rich, sumptuous Cabernet. It's full of black fruits - blackcurrant, blackberry and blueberry - with fragrant wild herbs, and delicious spice notes. Fine tannins and a long smooth finish give further drinking pleasure. A really lovely wine. Enjoy!

Wine Summary
This comes from the Goulburn Valley. This is a region with a history, and you would be surprised the number of winemakers from other regions who sourced fruit from this area – including it is believed, one rather famous Maurice O’Shea. What you have here is a beautiful early drinking wine loaded with a licorice and dark plum combination delivering abundant rich flavours and earthy fruit concentration with a slightly dry, savoury leathery finish.
